Welcome to Breezeline
We’d like to welcome former WOW! customers to the family!
With this easy transition comes new benefits for you to enjoy like lightning-fast, reliable internet that keeps you connected and protected. Or our new app, which provides you with access to our best-in-class services anywhere, anytime. But first, let’s get you started...
Dear Breezeline Customer:
We are in the process of transitioning WOW platforms to Breezeline. If you’ve experienced any issues or have questions related to the transition, we’re here to help.
- Passwords: We are aware that you may have difficulty recalling the password used with your WOW! account. If you can’t remember your password, or the last password you recall is not working, please reset your password. The process for resetting passwords is outlined below.
Account Number: If you’re looking for your new Breezeline account number, all customers will receive a paper version of their first Breezeline statement by mail this week. Your new account number will be provided on this statement, in the upper right hand corner.
“My Account” Portal: In order to access “My Account” (myaccount.breezeline.com), you will need to have your password handy, in addition to your Breezeline username.
Equipment Issues: If you are experiencing issues with your modem, or your internet service does not appear to be working, please see information below on how to troubleshoot.
If you've had challenges reaching us by phone or experienced longer than normal hold times, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to respond to your questions and resolve any issues you may be experiencing as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we have increased the number of agents who are available to respond to your questions in order to reduce wait times.
EMAIL MIGRATION IS COMPLETE
The migration of all WOW! email mailboxes to Breezeline has been completed. All information from your WOW! mailbox has been transferred to your new Breezeline mailbox.
How to access your email:
If you previously had a WOW email address, your new Breezeline email will be your WOW username followed by @breezelineohio.net. For example, if your WOW username was email@example.com, your new Breezeline username will be firstname.lastname@example.org. In most cases, you can continue to use your existing WOW password if it meets our password security requirements. We may ask you to change your password to provide added protection for your account.
If you did not have a WOW email address, your new Breezeline email will be an automatically generated username followed by @breezelineohio.net. You will be provided a temporary password and will be prompted to change it after your first successful login.
To access your email, log into https://mail.breezelineohio.net with your new Breezeline credentials that were previously provided via email and mail.
How to access your Breezeline account and TV Everywhere services:
Please use your new Breezeline account credentials, which were previously provided via email and mail
How to reset your password:
Go to webmail page https://mail.breezelineohio.net
Click on "Forgot Password"
On the password reset page, enter your Breezeline email address
Complete the captcha challenge
You’ll then be directed to a two factor authentication page. Depending on the information you’ve provided with your account, you may have a code texted to your mobile phone or you’ll receive a call to your landline phone with a code.
Enter the code on the website you’ll be directed to where you can change your password.
Please note that password changes are active immediately on webmail. Password changes that you make will be active on mobile devices or other email clients within about a minute of making the password change.
