Program data settings (APN)

Before starting the process ensure that your device can power on, that you have the Breezeline SIM card inserted into the device (or have the Breezeline eSIM card loaded on the device) and that you are connected to WiFi.

On your Google device:

  • Ensure you have the latest Operating System installed on your device.
    • Click the link for instructions to update your device (Link)

    • Enter your device model and make

    • Enter in the Search bar “installing software updates”

    • Follow the steps listed

  • Go to Settings > Mobile network > Network & Internet > Mobile Network
    • You may need to tap on SIMs first and then select your specific SIM card or eSIM.

  • Scroll down and tap on Access Point Names (or APN).
    • If you see “ereseller” already listed, no further action is required and you can simply bypass the following steps

    • If you do NOT see “ereseller”, please proceed with the following steps:

  • Add a New APN*:
    • Tap the + icon, usually in the top-right corner.

    • Alternatively, tap the three-dot menu (or other options) and select New APN.

  • Enter APN Details**: The settings are case-sensitive, so be sure you’re entering the information exactly as it’s shown here.
    • Name: ereseller

    • APN: ereseller

    • MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net

    • Multimedia Message Proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net

    • Multimedia Message Port: 80

    • MCC: 310

    • MNC: 280

    • APN Type: default,mms,supl,xcap,fota

    • APN Protocol: IPv4v6

    • APN Roaming Protocol: IPv4v6

    • MVNO type: GID

    • MVNO value: 20FF

  • Save the New APN: Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Save.

  • Activate the New APN: On the Access Point Names screen, tap the circle next to the new APN you just created to select it.

  • Restart: Power off and then power on your device.

*If the "New APN" option is missing, please contact us at 855-811-5188 as some phones have software limitations on adding settings.

**The following settings are not set and can be left unchanged/blank: Proxy, Port, Username, Password, Server, and Authentication Type

On your Samsung device:

  • Ensure you have the latest Operating System installed on your device.

  • Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Network > Access Point Names
    • If you see “ereseller” already listed, no further action is required and you can simply bypass the following steps

    • If you do NOT see “ereseller”, please proceed with the following steps

  • Add a New APN*: Tap the Add icon (often a plus sign or the three vertical dots) to create a new APN.

  • Enter APN Details**: The settings are case-sensitive, so be sure you’re entering the information exactly as it’s shown here.
    • Name: ereseller

    • APN: ereseller

    • MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net

    • Multimedia Message Proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net

    • Multimedia Message Port: 80

    • MCC: 310

    • MNC: 280

    • APN Type: default,mms,supl,xcap,fota

    • APN Protocol: IPv4v6

    • APN Roaming Protocol: IPv4v6

    • MVNO type: GID

    • MVNO value: 20FF

  • Save the APN: Tap the three vertical dots (or More options) and select Save.

  • Select the New APN: Ensure your newly created APN is selected by tapping it on the Access Point Names screen to activate it.

  • Restart: Power off and then power on your device.

**Please note that the following settings are not set and can be left unchanged/blank. Proxy, Port, Username, Password, Server, and Authentication Type

You may have to wait a few minutes for all RCS messaging settings to kick in (i.e. using RCS messaging may take a few minutes to load). Ensure that you validate by texting someone and ensuring they get the text in the message conversation stating the messaging is now RCS.

On your Motorola device:

  • Ensure you have the latest Operating System installed on your device.
    • Click the link for instructions to update your device (Link)

    • Enter your device model and make

    • Enter in the Search bar “installing software updates”

    • Follow the steps listed

  • Go to Settings > Network & internet > SIMs & Mobile network > Select the Breezeline SIM card > Select Access Point Names
    • If you see “ereseller” already listed, no further action is required and you can simply bypass the following steps

    • If you do NOT see “ereseller”, please proceed with the following steps

  • Press the “+” icon*

  • Enter the following APN settings** (Note: The settings are case-sensitive, so be sure you’re entering the information exactly as it’s shown here.):

  • Name: ereseller

  • APN: ereseller

  • MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net

  • Multimedia Message Proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net

  • Multimedia Message Port: 80

  • MCC: 310

  • MNC: 280

  • APN Type: default,mms,supl,xcap,fota

  • APN Protocol: IPv4v6

  • APN Roaming Protocol: IPv4v6

  • MVNO type: GID

  • MVNO value: 20FF

  • Save the new settings by tapping the three-dot icon (or Menu button) in the top right corner and select Save.

  • Ensure the newly created APN is selected from the list by tapping on it to make it active.

  • Power off and then power on your device.

Please note that messaging using the Motorola messaging application may be limited.

Phone

Please download and use the Google Messaging App from the Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.chating.messages.chat.fun&pli=1).

Once downloaded and installed, open the Google Messaging App and when asked if you would like to make this your default application, select “Yes - make it default”. It is also recommended to replace the messaging application on your home screen with the newly downloaded Google Messaging App.

  • Add a New APN*:
    • Tap the Menu icon (often three dots or a similar symbol).

    • Select New APN.

  • Enter APN Details**: The settings are case-sensitive, so be sure you’re entering the information exactly as it’s shown here.
    • Name: ereseller

    • APN: ereseller

    • MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net

    • Multimedia Message Proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net

    • Multimedia Message Port: 80

    • MCC: 310

    • MNC: 280

    • APN Type: default,mms,supl,xcap,fota

  • Save the APN:
    • Tap the Menu icon again.

    • Select Save.

  • Select the New APN: Go back to the Access Point Names list and tap on your newly created APN to enable it.

  • Restart: Power off and then power on your device.

Generic Android:

  • Go to Settings > Network Settings > Connections or Network & internet > Mobile networks or SIMs & Mobile networks > Access Point Names (or APN).
    • If you see “ereseller” already listed, no further action is required and you can simply bypass the following steps

    • If you do NOT see “ereseller”, please proceed with the following steps

  • Add a New APN*: Look for the '+' (plus) or 'Add' button and tap it to create a new profile.

  • Enter APN Details**: The settings are case-sensitive, so be sure you’re entering the information exactly as it’s shown here.
    • Name: ereseller

    • APN: ereseller

    • MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net

    • Multimedia Message Proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net

    • Multimedia Message Port: 80

    • MCC: 310

    • MNC: 280

Before starting the process ensure that your device can power on, that you have the Breezeline SIM card inserted into the device (or have the Breezeline eSIM card loaded on the device) and that you are connected to WiFi.

On your iPhone:

  • Open the Settings app: from your Home Screen.

  • Tap on "General" .

  • Tap on "About" .

  • Look for the "Version" line: to see your current iOS software version.

  • Ensure you have the latest Operating System installed on your device:
    • Click the link for instructions to update your device (Link)

    • Enter your device model and make

    • Enter in the Search bar “installing software updates”

    • Follow the steps listed

For customers who have devices that are on iOS 18.5 and above (including iOS 26)

  • Settings should automatically populate; no further action is required

For customers who have devices that are on iOS 18 and older follow the steps below

  • Scan the QR Code from the phone camera app and follow the prompts:
    • If you are not able to scan the QR code, simply click on this link on your iPhone

  • Navigate to Settings and choose 'Profile Downloaded' from the main screen.

  • Select the downloaded APN profile.

  • Click the 'Install' button located at the top-right to install the new APN profile.

  • To finalize the installation, enter the passcode for your device.

  • After selecting 'Install', the profile will complete its installation process.

Confirming the Update - Applicable for all OEMs (to be added below the steps to update)

As a final step, turn off your WiFi and complete the following checks ensuring that your device is functioning as expected:

  • Try an inbound call

  • Try an outbound call

  • Try a standard text message

  • Try a multimedia text message (text a picture, etc.)

  • Test data (facebook app, web browser and load breezeline.com, etc.)

  • If all checks are successful, turn WiFi back on
