If your line was suspended due to outstanding payment, you must make your account current within 30 days to reactivate your services. After 30 days, your account will be disconnected and your number and SIM will no longer be active or available.
If your line was voluntarily disconnected, you can reclaim your existing number within 30 days of disconnection, provided you haven’t ported it from Breezeline Mobile. After successful porting or the lapse of 30 days since disconnection, you can rejoin Breezeline Mobile by simply porting your number from your current carrier.
For lines disconnected due to outstanding payments, you have the option to settle the payment within 30 days to reinstate your connection without losing your number. Beyond the initial 30 days, you can still settle the outstanding payment, but you will be assigned a new number with Breezeline Mobile.
