What if I do not receive the QR code?

If you can’t find the QR code in your inbox, start by checking your spam folder. Double-check the registered email address. If it’s correct and you still can’t find the email, contact our Mobile Customer Care team at 855-811-5188 to request a resend of the QR code. Please note that if you are porting your number from another provider the QR code will be emailed once the port is complete.
