1. Check your email for your eSIM activation QR code.
The subject of the email is “Breezeline Mobile Activation QR Code” (Tip: Use a computer or tablet to open your email, as you will need to scan the QR code with your mobile phone)
2. Simply visit https://breezelinemobile.sds.modeaondemand.com/en-us/devices for English or https://breezelinemobile.sds.modeaondemand.com/es-us/devices for Spanish and type in your device model. Then search for: "eSIM activation with QR". You will now be directed to a visual step by step guide on how to set this up on your device.

Do you need to change where you receive your notification emails? This email address will be used for all notifications including email confirmation, billing notifications, and activation details for all Breezeline services.
