Additional Privacy Rights for Residents in New Hampshire
Effective: January 1, 2025
The New Hampshire Privacy Act (NHPA) provides New Hampshire residents the rights to receive certain disclosures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information about them, as well as rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and limit disclosure of personal information. You have the right to be free from discrimination based on your exercise of your consumer rights. To the extent that we collect personal information that is subject to the NHPA, that information, our practices, and your rights are described below.
Personal information defined as "Personal data" in the NHPA includes any information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an identified or identifiable individual. "Personal data" does not include de-identified data or publicly available information.
You have the right to receive notice of certain information about our data collection, use, and disclosure. The categories of personal information that we collect, the purposes for which such information is used, and whether we sell or share such information is available in our Customer Privacy Notice.

Data Subject Access Requests:
Submitting requests: You may request to exercise your rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, by contacting Breezeline via e-mail at [email protected].
You may, under certain circumstances, authorize another individual or a business, called an authorized agent, to make a request on your behalf, but we will need to verify both your and the requestor’s identity and confirm the legitimacy of the request.
We may have a reason under the law why we do not have to comply with your request, or why we may comply with it in a more limited way than you anticipated. If we do, we will explain that to you in our response.
We have to respond to your request no later than 45 days after receipt of your request, and will inform you within the timeline if we need to extend the response period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, considering the complexity and volume of the requests received.
Verification: If you are a Breezeline customer, we must verify your identity before responding to your request. We verify your identity by asking you to provide additional information that we can match against information we have collected from you previously. We may contact you at your phone number of record to request more information to verify identity. We will only send a response to your request to the email address or service address on your account.
We will not use personal information we collect in connection with verifying or responding to your request for any purpose other than responding to your request.
Appeal: You have the right to appeal a denial of your request by contacting us as at [email protected]. Not later than 60 days after receipt of an appeal, we will inform you in writing of any action taken on your appeal and the reasons behind the decision. If the appeal is denied, you may contact the New Hampshire attorney general to submit a complaint at [email protected].
Targeted Advertising Opt-Out
We may use your personal data for the purposes of “targeted advertising,” which means displaying advertisements to you online, where the advertisement is selected based on personal data obtained or inferred from your activities over time and across nonaffiliated Internet websites or online applications to predict your preferences or interests. "Targeted advertising" does not include (a) advertisements based on activities within Breezeline Internet website or online applications, (b) advertisements based on the context of your current search query, visit to an Internet website, or online application, (c) advertisements directed to you in response to your request for information or feedback, or (d) the processing of personal data solely to measure or report advertising frequency, performance, or reach.
You have a right to opt-out of targeted advertising by setting your preferences on www.breezeline.com. For more details, please visit Breezeline Website Terms of Use.
