All of your network “zones” should have a distinct network name, or SSID and password to access each. These should have been defined for the Secure, Employee and Guest zones at the time of installation. To change an SSID and/or password:
Open the WiFi Your Way Work App
Navigate to the “Settings” page by tapping on the gear button (in the top right corner on iOS devices).
Tap the zone you want to change
To change the network name, tap the pencil icon next to the name, change the name and tap “Apply”. NOTE - Any devices that automatically connected to the network will need to access using the new network name/password.
To change the password, tap the three dots next to the password, tap edit on the bottom, change the password and tap “Apply”. NOTE - Any devices that automatically connected to the network will need to access using the new network name/password.
