You can test the speed of your current home Internet service using a computer, laptop, or wireless device.
Run a speed test on the Breezeline website or through the WiFi Your Way app. This test will display your current upload and download speeds.
Important Note on Speed Test Results
Wireless Considerations: Running a speed test while using WiFi (on a laptop or wireless device) may not display the highest potential speeds because WiFi is subject to radio interference.
Speed Variability: Actual Internet speeds, including wireless speeds, are not guaranteed and can vary due to:
- Conditions outside of network control and congestion.
- Customer location and equipment.
- Access through a wired or wireless connection.
Equipment Requirement for Higher Speeds: To achieve the higher Internet speeds offered by MultiGig packages, customers must use the proper, compatible equipment.
