You will be charged a fee if the technician is required to conduct an installation and/or if the issue was caused by reasons outside of Breezeline’s control. Reasons may include:
Damage to wiring caused by misuse or abuse
Malfunctions to non-Breezeline phone wires or jacks
Replacement of lost or broken TV remotes
Customer education
Note: Keep in mind that our experts will always try to troubleshoot the issue over the phone first before sending a technician.
