What is the paper billing fee?

An additional fee of $5/mo. will be charged if you choose to receive your statements by paper, as opposed to eBilling (paperless billing).

If you currently receive paper statements and are being charged, you can waive this fee by logging in to your Convergent Care account.

To do this:

1. Log in to Convergent Care.

Tip:
You will automatically be switched to eBilling after logging in.
