Why does my Webmail look different?

Having trouble logging into Webmail? Follow our troubleshooting guide to resolve some of the most common errors.

You may have noticed that your Webmail account has a different look to it – but no need to worry! To enhance your web experience, we’ve updated the Webmail platform to display a fresh look and feel while offering the same features and functionality.

To help you navigate these updates, we’ve put together a list of key differences. Let’s take a look!

   • Selecting ‘New Message’ now opens a full-screen editor and toolbar.

7. Log Out →Logout

Tip: To logout, select the arrow beside your account name to reveal the ‘Logout’ option.

Good to know: The ‘Chat’ feature is not available on the updated dashboard.
