What if none of my Media Players are working?

Go to your Media Gateway and check the coaxial connection from the wall to the Media Gateway to ensure all connections are tight. Ensure that the gateway is in a horizontal position. Press and release the "Reset" button on the back of your Media Gateway. A reset may take up to 10 minutes.
