How do I know how much space is remaining for recorded content on my Ultra TV?

You can access remaining storage space from the Smart Menu in either the Settings card or the Recorded TV card. From the Settings card, use the up and down arrows on the remote to highlight the "Recording Space" option. Press "OK" on the remote to see the Storage Meter. The Storage Meter lets you know how much space you have left to record more programs.
