I get an error Problem Playing Show when I try to watch my DVR programs. Why is this happening?

The ability to stream from your DVR is restricted to in-home use. If you are trying to watch recordings while away from home, you will get this error. If you are at home and still receiving this error, verify your router and modem are operational and your device is connected to your home network.
