Please be sure to check the following before contacting Customer Support:
If you’re attempting to connect via WiFi, please be sure WiFi is enabled under Menu > Settings > Device Settings > Network & Internet
If you’re attempting to connect via Ethernet, please be sure the Ethernet cable is connected securely to the back of the Stream TV box and to the back of your gateway.
Be sure other devices on your network are able to connect to the Internet. If no devices are able to connect, please visit our Internet troubleshooting.
