If there is no video or picture on the TV screen, please try the following steps:
Check that your cable box has power and that a light shines on it. If it does not, try connecting to a different working power outlet.
Try another channel or enter your PIN code if prompted. This channel may be restricted from viewing.
Verify that your TV is matching the setting on the HD digital adapter. For instance, if you have connected using the coaxial jumper cable, make sure you have the same channel selected on the TV and 3/4 switch on the back of the HD digital adapter. If you’re using an HDMI cable and it’s plugged into the HDMI2 spot on the TV, make sure the TV’s input or source is set to HDMI2.
Check all of your cable connections, including verifying your coaxial cable is securely tightened onto both the cable wall outlet and the INPUT port of your HD digital adapter. Verify that all video cables between the HD digital adapter and the TV are firmly connected.
