Breezeline is committed to helping low-income households get connected as affordably as possible. Therefore, all normal fees associated with internet services are waived, including modem lease fee, home networking fee, HSD recovery fee or installation charge. The only fee you may encounter is if you cancel the program and fail to return the equipment.
