What if my Fiber modem isn't working or keeps disconnecting?

  1. Check your TV service. If there's a cable outage, neither your TV nor the Internet service will work.

  2. Reset the Fiber modem by unplugging the power cord to it from the wall outlet. Wait 60 seconds, plug it back in.

  3. If you have a surge protector, make sure it is plugged in and that it doesn’t need to be reset.

  4. ** Please do not touch the Fiber connection to the modem. It is extremely delicate and must only be handled by a Breezeline professional.
