After disconnecting from Breezeline services, please visit our Equipment Return page for detailed return instructions. If you are disconnecting only a portion of your services, only return the equipment that is no longer being used or as directed by a Customer Care Agent.
Please note: If you have Breezeline equipment that is NOT listed on the Equipment Return page, it does NOT need to be returned to us. Please return only your remote control(s) and/or power cords to us if you are also shipping back additional Breezeline equipment. Be sure to remove batteries from all remote controls before returning.
If your equipment is NOT listed, please recycle the equipment by following any local ordinances regarding the handling of electronic waste. You can click here to find an e-waste recycling center near you. Please return your remote to us only if you are also shipping back additional Breezeline equipment.
