What if I don’t have a printer?

If you don’t have a printer you can email the label to yourself and print it at your closest UPS Store.

Follow these steps:

  • Visit our Equipment Return page to choose which equipment you need to return

  • Follow the prompts to access and log into the UPS portal

  • Once you are logged in, click “email” to email yourself a QR code

  • Show the QR code to a UPS representative to generate and print your shipping label

The UPS representative will then ship your package back to us and you will receive a tracking number on your UPS Store receipt
