New users will need to enter their Account number found on their Breezeline billing statement as well as their service address or phone number to verify their identity. Users will then be prompted to create a Login ID and Password in order to view and manage their account online.
Customers can also download the My Breezeline mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. This app allows customers to easily view and manage their account. The app offers the option to sign up for, or manage existing auto pay.
