It is easy to view and/or pay your bill online with Breezeline's My Account.
It only takes a few moments to register for this free service. New users must enter their Account number found on their Breezeline billing statement as well as their service address or phone number to verify their identity. Users will then be prompted to create a Breezeline email address and password which is your passport to My Account, Email, and access to streaming TV. Customers can also use the same breezeline.net email address and password to log into the My Breezeline mobile app available for download via the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store on their smartphone or tablet. This app allows customers to easily view and manage their account including making payments, managing AutoPay and paperless billing, troubleshooting modems, modifying internet service, and accessing support content.
Additionally, in-person bill payment is now available through Western Union. Visit the Western Union location of your choosing with your 16-digit Breezeline Account number and the amount you want to pay. You will receive a receipt to track your payment. If you have any questions or concerns after your payment is made, you can contact Western Union's service department at 800.325.6000. Please allow 24 hours for any new payment activity to become visible in My Account.
