You can change the global settings OR change them on a device-by-device basis.
To change the global settings:
Open the WiFi Your Way Work App
Navigate to the “Settings” page by tapping on the gear button (in the top right corner on iOS devices).
Scroll down to the “Shield” section
Tap on any setting to update for all connected devices
To change the settings on a particular device:
Open the WiFi Your Way Work App
Tap on the phone icon on the bottom of the screen
Select the zone the device is connected to on the bottom of the screen
Identify the device you want to change and tap the three dots to the right of the name
Tap “Device settings” from the pop up on the bottom
All device settings are under the dropdown
Tap any setting to make a change.
