Frank van der Post

Frank joined Breezeline in 2019 from KPN, a Dutch multi-service telecommunications operator in residential and enterprise markets, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer and was a member of the firm’s Management Board from 2015 to 2018.

Before joining the telecom company, Frank spent several years in the airline and hospitality industries, having held senior leadership roles for top organizations across the world including British Airways, where he was Managing Director and Executive Board Member, InterContinental Hotels Group, where he worked for over 20 years and rose to the position of Vice President Operations, Eastern US and the Caribbean, and Jumeirah Group in Dubai where he was Chief Operating Officer.

Frank holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Florida International University, School of Hospitality Management.

Patrick Bratton
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Pat is a seasoned executive with experience providing financial management for telecommunication, energy conservation and accounting services companies for 15 years.

Prior to joining Breezeline, Pat was the CFO at Quorum Broadcast Holdings, where he managed the financial operations of 13 locations and the benefits program for over 600 employees. He was also CFO for Sullivan Broadcast Holdings, where he assisted in the $1 billion sale of the station group, providing investors with a compounded return in excess of 50 percent. Pat began his career as an audit manager for Price Waterhouse and as Corporate Controller for DMC Services.

Pat is a magna cum laude graduate of Northeastern University, with a degree in Accounting and Management.

Leslie Brown
Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Leslie has 20 years of experience advising clients on legal and regulatory matters in the cable and telecommunications industry.

Most recently, Leslie served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Lightower Fiber Networks, a premier provider of high-capacity fiber optic network services in the Northeast, where she was responsible for all legal affairs of the company, including regulatory compliance, commercial contracts and managing the legal department through multiple corporate acquisitions. Prior to Lightower, Leslie served as Vice President of Law and Public Policy for Adelphia Cable’s Northeast Region. In this capacity, she led a team of legal and government affairs professionals responsible for all legal, regulatory and public policy matters.

Leslie is a graduate of the State University of New York – Fredonia and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Serge Billiouw
Vice President Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics

Serge has 25 years of experience in combining his expertise in (digital) marketing and technology. He is an award-winning, multilingual entrepreneur with the ability to define marketing strategy and identify the appropriate technologies to deliver results.

In the past, Serge co-founded several companies in the Mobile/Telco space launching innovative products on SMS and mobile internet. His companies also developed mobile apps for Enrique Iglesias, Jessica Simpson, The Bold and The Beautiful, and other key entities. He conceptualized and led the development of several innovative softwares, including a SaaS application for analyzing Social Media based on location. This software won the “Innovation & Development of the Year” award at the AMMA’s.

Serge has presented at several conferences in Cannes, New York, Las Vegas, and Amsterdam and earned awards in his field including the Image Building Award, the President Team Award, the Special European Commission Prize of the Festival De Biarritz, and the Cyber Lions Award.

He graduated with a Master's Degree in Political & Social Sciences, and IT from the University of Ghent. He then supplemented this with an MBA from Vlerick School of Management focused on Marketing.

Shaun Blake
Vice President, Products and Programming

Shaun Blake is responsible for all existing and new product, programming and pricing strategies.

Shaun joined Breezeline in July 2020 as director, sales operations. Shaun also served as regional director, technical operations, leading the company’s Delmarva region, including South Carolina. Previously, he held finance, operational and auditing roles at Comcast, ManTech and Lockheed Martin. Mr. Blake holds an MBA from the University of Maryland School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from Kean University.

Aaron Brace
Vice President, Engineering

Aaron has designed, installed, and supported systems and network architectures for over 20 years.

Prior to joining Breezeline, he was the Vice President of Engineering at Harron Communications and oversaw the design, deployment and operations of a consolidated network and datacenter architecture spanning seven states.

He also served in storage, systems, and network engineering roles at Corporate Technologies, TAOS Mountain, and L.L. Bean Incorporated.

In addition, Aaron is a C and PERL programmer and has made contributions to several open source software projects. He also has training in and experience with critical facility power and cooling systems.

Aaron is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a BS in Business Studies in Computer Information Technology. He is also a licensed amateur (HAM) radio operator with a license class of Amateur Extra.

Sean Brushett
Vice President, Customer and Technical Operations

Sean leads customer care as well as the evolution and performance of the company’s network infrastructure to ensure that services are delivered reliably to our customers. He leads our plant modernization efforts as the company transitions to the next generation of technology, including Fiber-to-the-Home. He also works to ensure that construction, installation, dispatch, service, plant maintenance, and warehousing operations are contributing to an elevated customer experience.

Sean joined Breezeline in August 2020 as Region Director Operations (Mid-Atlantic). Previously, Sean was President of Tide Cleaners at P&G, Chief Revenue Officer at Buckeye Broadband, and held Regional VP roles with increasing responsibility for Comcast in Washington, Florida and Pennsylvania. Sean holds a B.A. in Political Science and English from Laurentian University (Ontario) and is a graduate of Yale University's Global Executive Leadership Program.

Heather M. Camerano
Vice President, Human Resources

Heather has extensive experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, change management and strategic business partnering.

Before joining Breezeline, Heather spent three years as Head of Employee and Labor Relations, People & Culture at Primark Stores Limited and 19 years at The Hertz Corporation in multiple leadership roles.

Heather has a Bachelor degree in Management from Keene State College, NH.

Heather McCallion
Vice President, New Business and Business Transformation

Heather leads Breezeline’s business transformation efforts, including innovation around new revenue streams and business opportunities, continuous improvement, process efficiencies and project management.

In her prior role as Vice President of Products and Programming (2013-2023), Heather developed and executed Breezeline’s product and programming vision. She was instrumental in evolving the company’s product suite, including the ongoing management of wholesale content with programming partners. She also launched major product enhancements, including the company’s managed WiFi solution and Stream TV. Heather is a board member of the National Content and Technology Cooperative (NCTC), and has held prior leadership roles at NBCUniversal, Starz and Disney. She holds a B.A. from Roanoke College and is a graduate of the WICT Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, and the Harvard University and Stanford University executive education programs.

Michelle Ramler
Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Michelle leads the development and execution of all sales and marketing strategies and activities at Breezeline to drive the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Michelle previously held the role of Vice President, Marketing for Astound Broadband’s West Coast region. She brings more than 20 years of marketing and sales leadership in Fortune 500 and other broadband companies. Prior to joining Astound, she held marketing and sales roles with Cox Communications, Charter Communications and Turner Broadcasting Systems. Her background also includes leading advertising and promotional campaigns for companies such as Coca-Cola, BellSouth and Kodak. Michelle holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida.
